Our pencil case is a multifunctional stationery pouch, widely used for students' daily study, office storage, school supplies and brand promotional gifts. We supply a variety of optional materials including canvas, 600D polyester, PU, PVC, silicone and felt carpet. Canvas pencil cases are sturdy, eco-friendly and have natural fabric texture. 600D polyester material is wear-resistant, lightweight and tear resistant, great for daily use. PU and PVC pencil pouches have smooth surfaces to present and bright logo printing. Silicone pencil cases are soft, flexible and easy to wipe and clean. Felt pencil bags are light weight and cost-saving, which are ideal for marketing giveaway items.
Customized color is supported. We can match colors as per Pantone color code, color card or your physical sample. Solid color, two-tone color splicing and mixed color design are all acceptable. Our QC team will strictly control color difference to make bulk production goods consistent with the confirmed sample.
For custom logo, we provide multiple printing options: silk-screen printing, offset printing, heat transfer printing and gravure printing. Different printing technologies fit different materials and artwork styles. Silk-screen printing is economical for simple single-color logos. Heat transfer printing can produce vivid full-color patterns with fine details. You can print your brand logo, company slogan, cartoon graphics or promotional text on front side, back side or both sides of the pencil case.
The MOQ is 1000pcs per design and per color. Our factory carries out strict quality inspection for every batch of goods. We will check stitching strength, zipper smoothness, printing clarity and fabric condition before shipment to guarantee stable product quality.
Sample service is available. Stock blank samples are free of charge, while the courier freight needs to be covered by customers. For samples with custom printed logo, customers need to pay both sample making cost and courier cost. It will take around 7 days to finish custom printed samples. It is strongly recommended to confirm pre-production sample before mass production, so we can lock all details including material, color, logo size and logo position to avoid any production mistakes.
Mass production lead time is 25 days after sample confirmation and deposit received. OEM and ODM orders are welcome. We can customize the shape, dimension, inner pocket, zipper style, woven label and other details according to your design or ideas.
Two production processes for selection: sewing and hot seal. Sewing process is suitable for canvas, polyester and felt pencil cases, with solid and firm stitching. Hot seal process is used for PVC and silicone pencil pouches, featuring seamless edges, waterproof and dustproof performance.
Regarding packing, each pencil case is packed into one OPP bag individually, then 72 pieces packed into one export carton. We can customize shipping marks or adjust packing solution if you have special packing requirements.
We offer multiple delivery options. Goods can be shipped by sea or air. We also cooperate with TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL and EMS for samples and small trial orders. You can choose shipping method according to your delivery schedule and budget.
